- Deep WFS Knowledge: Extensive experience with WorkForce Software's Time and Attendance and Forecasting/Scheduling modules.
- SAP Integration: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) schemas, rules, and integration mechanisms.
- Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in API development, data mapping, middleware tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration), and scripting languages (XML, JSON).
- Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with translating complex, region-specific payroll rules, overtime calculations, and absence management policies into automated system rules.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 12 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years specializing directly in SAP Workforce Software implementations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to clearly explain technical trade-offs to business leaders
