About the Role

Lead the Workfront/Workflow Integration as a key role responsible for designing and configuring enterprise business process solutions to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure enterprise business process solutions to meet client objectives.
• Build and support integrations between work management platforms and downstream marketing/content systems.
• Lead strategic implementations and drive user adoption across enterprise organizations.
• Develop scalable automation solutions using integration and orchestration platforms.
• Facilitate technical workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues.
• Deliver post-deployment support and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams to produce implementation artifacts, reporting frameworks, and process documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow automation and business process transformation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to implementation best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience implementing enterprise work management and workflow automation solutions.
• 8 Years of Hands-on experience with Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Strong understanding of content operations, digital asset management, campaign execution, and workflow optimization.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms using RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Experience with large-scale organizations (5,000 employees).
• Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: Up to $140K base Benefits - Travel: Up to 20% (occasionally higher based on project requirements).
