- Checking in/out customers for appointments
- Coordinating calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Managing inbound/outbound correspondence (phone, email, mail)
- Maintaining orderly files, records, and documentation
- Drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and other materials
- Supporting meeting and event coordination
- Handling general office tasks, including supplies and equipment tracking
Required qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience/training
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
