Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Medical Billing Software
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong skills in managing Customer Experience and handling communications effectively with a customer-first approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
