Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service HVACR Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in various manufacturing facilities, school systems, healthcare facilities, and many more. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC-R equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC-R, Chilled Water Systems, Hydronics Heating Systems, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical knowledge.
Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVACR equipment in manufacturing facilities, school systems, healthcare facilities, and many more.
- Troubleshoot issues related to programmable controllers (PLC), electrical system controls, refrigeration, and HVAC/R systems.
- Utilize Computerized Field Service Technician software for tracking work orders, maintenance schedules, troubleshooting systems, and daily paperwork.
- Conduct inspections and repairs on HVACR systems, BAS Control, and Process Refrigeration Systems.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose electrical problems effectively.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVACR Service Technician, mechanic or technician in industrial maintenance .
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVACR Service, HVAC Installation, Chilled Water Systems, Hydronic Heating Systems, BAS Control Systems, and System controls.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage applications.
- Proficient in using ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools for analysis.
- Experience with welding techniques is preferred; brazing, pipe fitting, welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
- Previous field service experience is required, along with strong customer service skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
