Job Title: Lot Attendant

Summary:
The Lot Attendant is responsible for the organization, presentation, and overall management of vehicle inventory across new, pre-owned, and wholesale lots. This role plays a key part in ensuring our dealership lots are orderly, vehicles are maintained and display-ready, and internal team members are supported with various operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of all vehicle lots, including front, rear, new, pre-owned, and wholesale inventory

• Collaborate with the Wholesale Manager to manage wholesale and trade-in vehicles

• Ensure vehicles are properly tagged with window stickers, plates, and frames as needed, especially for pre-owned units

• Regularly inspect vehicles on the lot for body damage and report findings

• Assist with vehicle movement between HMC locations as needed

• Support snow removal and other weather-related duties impacting the lot

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot appearance always

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
