Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Professional. Responsibilities include assisting clients with loan applications, providing guidance on mortgage options, and maintaining thorough knowledge of mortgage lending products and services. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients and referral partners, analyzing financial information, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The Mortgage Professional will also collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure seamless loan processing and timely approvals.
Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage lending, including conventional, FHA, VA, and portfolio loans
- Strong understanding of loan products, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and professional partners
- Proficiency in financial data analysis, loan origination software, and document preparation
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Licensure or certifications as required by jurisdiction; NMLS licensing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
