Part-Time On-Site Property Support – Charlotte, NC
We are a California Family-based business seeking a reliable, honest, and cooperative local person to provide weekly support for a newly renovated 7-room PadSplit shared-housing property serving working professionals and individuals in transition.
The home is intended to provide comfortable, flexible housing for working professionals, including individuals traveling for work or going through life transitions and in need of temporary housing. Because the property is primarily managed remotely, we are looking for someone dependable who can serve as our local eyes and ears and ensure the home is running smoothly!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Visit the property once per week
- Check common areas, exterior & overall condition
- Take photos & send a brief weekly update
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Confirm cleaning, landscaping & scheduled services
- Occasionally assist with vendor access or simple on-site needs
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
Dependable- Trustworthy -Communicative -Detail-Oriented
Property, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, hospitality, or housing experience is a plus, but not required.
PAY & SCHEDULE
$200/month for regular weekly visits
$25/hour for additional pre-approved work
Flexible day/time
This is a local support role, not a full-time property management position.
