HM Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical crews on a large-scale commercial/industrial project in Spartanburg, SC.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily jobsite activities
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules
- Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications and electrical codes
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety requirements
- Track project progress and productivity
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule
- Maintain quality workmanship and meet project deadlines
Requirements
- 5 years of electrical experience preferred
- Previous Electrical Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead experience required
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background
- Strong leadership and crew-management skills
- Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards
- OSHA 30 Required
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Spartanburg, SC jobsite
