Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and questions
- Educate customers on smoke, vape, glass, and CBD/THCA product lines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and inventory management
- Stay informed on new products, trends, and promotions
- Restock shelves and ensure accurate product labeling
- Uphold store policies and age verification requirements (21 )
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older (per state law)
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of smoke, vape, or glass products is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
