**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Paints aircraft detail parts and assemblies in accordance with
  
  

customer and AEI specifications and requirements.

• Mixes and measures all types of pain in accordance with
  
  

instructions.

• Cleans paint gun daily and maintain related equipment.
• Uses HVLP guns in performance of duties.
• Ensures shelf life of all materials is not expired.
• Maintains clean work area.
• Visually inspects parts for foreign object damage (F.O.D).
• Properly document travelers and process logs.
• Records job information ERP system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Ability to wear approved respirator and other personal protective
  
  

equipment as needed.

• Ability to apply basic math, including adding, subtracting,
  
  

multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole

numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with
  
  

management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and

get clarification when needed.

• Ability to safely and properly use paint equipments such as
  
  

sprayers; calipers, and other tools and equipment.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to identify proper materials and supplies according to
  
  

specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
• Exhibits dependability, including following instructions; responding
  
  

to supervisors direction; and taking responsibility for own actions.

• Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help
