The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones, helping shape the brand presence and customer experience. This role collaborates across departments to ensure cohesive communication and contributes to both traditional and digital marketing initiatives that impact overall business growth.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
Campaign Execution and Strategy Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, print, and on-property.
- Support the development and execution of media communication plans, and liaise with the property's strategic partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and help track and report on campaign performance.
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend new approaches where appropriate.
Content, Creative, and Brand Standards
- Assist with the development of new marketing assets and collateral, from digital to print, including presentations, posters, signage, menus, brochures, and invitations for both internal and guest-facing use.
- Assist with planning and coordinating photography and video content shoots.
- Support the launch and ongoing maintenance of the marketing asset library, ensuring digital files are organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
- Act as brand champion, ensuring all guest-facing marketing collateral and signage is reviewed, approved, and aligned with Hilton brand standards.
Social Media and Public Relations
- Manage the resort's social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content to drive engagement and audience growth.
- Coordinate influencer and media stays in partnership with the property's Public Relations team.
Cross-Department Collaboration and Guest Experience
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and other departments to plan and support on-property guest experiences and activations, ensuring proper promotional materials and support are in place.
Budget and Administration
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing vendor invoices.
Industry and Community Engagement
- Assist with and participate in travel industry trade shows, sales blitzes, and other promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local civic groups, businesses, and community organizations.
