Job Purpose
Support purchasing operations by sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, tracking purchasing initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery of products to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Purchase direct and indirect materials to meet production and operational requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and inventory needs.
- Analyze quotes and negotiate pricing, delivery, and service terms to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Process purchase orders, contracts, requisitions, and invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance and support cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and sourcing initiatives.
- Follow up on requests from Central Purchasing Center and internal stakeholders.
- Support FTA/USMCA documentation, Certificate of Origin management, and trade compliance activities.
- Assist with CBP audits and resolution of related issues.
- Track purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and cost-saving activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred.
- CPM or CPSM certification is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Korean highly preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Understanding of purchasing processes, supply chain management, and trade compliance (FTA/USMCA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or related industry.
- Project management experience.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
