Job Summary: In light of Client Centricity as one of the strategic execution pillars, Client Services is looking for a motivated candidate to join its Cash Client Services team. Job Duties: Responsibilities: Provide a key support for critical daily operations and independently performing operational duties such as co-ordinating the setup and testing of Exchange Participant trading devices, handling weekday and weekend testing applications, maintaining the Exchange Participant device database, performing billing calculations, preparing exception reports and following up with Exchange Participants Handle cash trading and Stock Connect related enquiries from Participant Services hotline and email enquiries from Exchange Participants Perform user acceptance tests, document test results, draft procedures and checklist to support project implementation Proactively identify process improvement opportunity and drive change To undertake other special and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors Requirements: University degree or above 4 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Operations Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash markets A team-player attitude and ability to develop strong relationships Great self-organization, task prioritization, attention to details and strong problem solving skill Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with VBA Programming and Power BI skills is an advantage HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
