What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Patient Advisor position at HKB COSMETIC SURGERY?
H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Advisor to join our upscale plastic surgery center in our new Fort Mill location!
*This location is expected to open in October 2026*
A little bit about the position:
The Patient Advisor will play a key role in the Administrative functioning of the business.
What you can expect in the role:
- Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls
- Provide excellent customer service etiquette
- Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients
- Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information
- Collect basic patient information
- Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled and what procedures they perform
- Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed
- Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise
- Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is a plus.
- Nextech (EMR) experience preferred.
- 2 years working in a medical office environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
