Qualifications And Experience
Compensation: HKA offers a range of USD $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary. HKA seeks a motivated and driven Associate to join our Construction Claims team. This essential role involves data analysis, delay analysis, and damage quantification on large construction projects.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or a relevant discipline.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, SAS, or other database management software is a plus exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and “big picture” thinking
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines while working on multiple projects
- Ability to problem-solve independently as well as thrive in an active team environment
- Preferred but not required: Familiarity with project control scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
