Geospatial Projects Manager

Experience Required

• 3 years of professional experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), including hands-on work with Esri GIS software.

• 3 years of experience managing or leading geospatial projects, implementations, or enterprise GIS initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of Esri GIS server and desktop applications.

• Serve as a key liaison between the GIS team, internal departments, vendors, and subject-matter experts—driving alignment and clear communication.

• Lead GIS projects that span multiple teams and involve enterprise-level solutions or system enhancements.

• Act as a team lead, offering guidance on Esri software deployments, upgrades, and data integration efforts.

• Build and manage project timelines, resource plans, and technical milestones to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from GIS stakeholders and users across the organization.

• Support a modern, scalable, and reliable geospatial infrastructure that empowers business operations and decision-making.
