What You'll Do
As a Project Architect, you'll play a key role in leading projects from concept through construction while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and our internal team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead projects and work on project teams through all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate consultants and technical documentation.
- Mentor and support younger staff members.
- Collaborate directly with clients and help build long-term relationships.
- Produce thoughtful, coordinated construction documents in Revit.
- Solve complex technical and design challenges.
- Help strengthen HK's technical standards, culture, and project delivery.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of architectural experience
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Experience leading projects through multiple phases
- Excellent communication and consultant coordination skills
- Strong technical understanding of building systems and construction documentation
- Licensed Architect preferred (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Desire to mentor others and continue growing professionally
