HJ3 Infrastructure Group is a fast-growing company specializing in structural strengthen
and composite systems. We are looking for an experienced Travel Foreman to lead cre
in the installation of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) systems across various
commercial and industrial projects nationwide.
This is your chance to take the lead on high-impact projects that strengthen the nation’s
infrastructure—bridges, Silos, Steel Tanks, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage crews on carbon fiber installation projects (CFRP wrap system
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients on site
Read and interpret blueprints and technical installation drawings
Oversee surface prep, Polymer application, carbon fiber wrap installation, and
QA/QC
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to specifications
Train and mentor crew members in best practices and techniques
Maintain accurate daily reports and timekeeping
Maintain accurate Material Inventory and Consumables on site
Requirements
3 years of experience with structural repair or CFRP installation
Previous experience as a foreman or lead installer
Ability to travel 75% nationwide
Strong understanding of Polymer systems, composites, and safety protocols
OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong leadership and communication skills
