About The Position
Hiya is seeking an EA/Office Manager to support our Executive Team and help drive key initiatives across the company. This role combines executive support, event and project management, and relationship coordination. You’ll manage schedules, travel, and communications for executives, while also leading company events and managing key external relationships.

About The Position

What You’ll Do
- Manage executive calendars, travel, and inboxes; anticipate needs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate and host in-office visits for advisors, business leaders, and clients; manage key partner and advisor relationships.
- Plan and execute company events such as All Hands, holiday celebrations, off-sites, and culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with the People and Operations teams on office projects and company-wide communications.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects on behalf of the Executive Team.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in an EA, Business Partner, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating high-level meetings, travel, and events.
- Professional presence and ability to build relationships with executives and external partners.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
