Roofing and Waterproofing Technician:

Career opportunity for an ethical, hardworking individual knowledgeable of Building Envelope, Parking Garage and general commercial roofing and waterproofing glossary and the ability to assess conditions and also monitor and report on remedial and replacement work in progress verbally and in writing. Candidate will have a strong background in some aspect of the waterproofing industry with the preference on a specialty waterproofing subcontractor background, advancements and proven achievements. The candidate will be eager to help monitor the waterproofing contractor’s quality, spot deficiencies in existing and new work in progress projects. The candidate will enjoy learning about proven strategies, new concepts and new products: growing in the business and in their career. Waterproofing experience in general will be considered with extra merit given to individuals demonstrating several successful years either detailing or installing above and below-grade waterproofing systems. Weekly travel involved, and self-starting motivation is a must. A valid Driver's License is required. Background Check required.

Total compensation package includes salary, vacation, individual insurance, and bonus opportunities. This is an opportunity with formal classroom and on the job training.
