Electrical Engineer
HIWIN Corporation is the leader in the innovation and manufacturing of motion control and mechatronic system technology. We are one of the largest producers in the world of linear motion components such as: linear guideways, ballscrews, linear motors and stages.
We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. This role will work on real-world applications involving motors, drives, and robotics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, solutions-oriented engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and collaborating across teams.
A typical day as an Electrical Engineer includes:
- Supporting design, testing, and integration of mechatronic systems across HIWIN Corporation’s product portfolio
- Troubleshooting and optimizing electrical and motion control systems, including servo tuning and multi-axis performance
- Testing and validating motors, drives, and controllers to ensure performance meets specifications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, applications, and global engineering
- Participating in system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, robotics, or mechatronics
- Experience with motors, servo drives, or motion control systems
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C , C#, or Python
- Understanding of control systems, servo tuning, and motion control principles
- Exposure to industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, learning-oriented mindset

Compensation Range
The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
