At HiViz Lighting, we don’t just build lights for emergency vehicles — we build smarter ways to serve those who serve others. We’re growing fast, and we’re on the hunt for an Operations Systems Manager who can help us scale with precision, automation, and a touch of brilliance.

This isn’t an IT role, and it’s not just clicking around in a CRM. You’ll be the engine behind how our tools — ERP, CRM, project management, and support systems actually work together to move the mission forward.

What You’ll Own:

Business System Optimization

• Spot system bottlenecks and fix them before they slow us down
• You’ll be the internal owner of our ERP, CRM and project tools
• Configure, maintain, and enhance workflows
• Recommend updates or tools that keep us on the cutting edge

Cross-Functional Process Improvement

• Partner with Ops, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Experience to make workflows cleaner, faster, and less “ugh”
• Translate real-world friction into backend system magic
• Roll out updates with clear timelines, communication, and zero chaos

Automation & Integration

• Build automations and integrations that eliminate manual busywork
• Use tools like Zapier, Power Automate, and native APIs to link up our systems
• Coordinate with IT or vendors for more complex tech lifts
• Monitor integrations and fix issues before anyone else even notices

Data Management & Reporting

• Structure clean, usable data across platforms
• Build dashboards and reporting tools leaders want to use
• Support ad-hoc data pulls or exports for visibility and planning
• Be the reason our data makes sense and matches across systems

Documentation & Support

• Maintain internal SOPs, system guides, and playbooks
• Run quick walkthroughs or training for internal users
• Be our go-to internal expert (and maybe our hero) when someone asks, “how do I do this in the system again?”

You’re Probably a Fit If:

• You’ve helped a business scale through system optimization
• You’ve worked with ERP and CRM platforms (we use SAP Business ONE HubSpot)
• You’ve built automations and streamlined workflows before
• You love systems — but you care more about how people use them
• You’re curious, proactive, and confident enough to say, “we could do this better”
• You’ve got 5 years of experience making operations run smoother with tech
• You’re comfortable being the one-person team that still makes things happen

• You have worked with SAP Business ONE
• You’ve worked at a scaling company and built from scratch
