Are you a former firefighter who now thrives in sales or a proven sales professional with experience selling into the Fire/EMS industry or 12v lighting systems? Either way, you know the fire service isn’t just another market, it’s a community built on trust, camaraderie, and credibility.
This role isn’t about sitting at a desk; deals are won on the road. We want a closer, someone who can walk into a firehouse, connect with the crews, and win business in a competitive territory. If you’re ready to outwork, out-hustle, and out-sell everyone else, read on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Immerse yourself in the fire service culture. You will travel in a demo vehicle, attend training nights, and show up at events throughout the territory.
Educate customers on effective lighting solutions and how HiViz makes every scene safer and smarter.
Become the SME in all things lighting. Configuration, application, installation and troubleshooting so that fire departments and dealers see you as the trusted authority.
Complete 20 high-impact demos monthly that close business and build momentum
Build the pipeline! Generate 20–25 new qualified leads monthly. Drive deals through HubSpot with relentless follow up and own the details that push sales forward.
Train and support dealers/distributors. Keep them sharp on both new and existing products.
Crush the target — Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while building lasting customer relationships.

Who Thrives Here
- You have Fire/EMS experience (career or volunteer), and you understand the firehouse culture, camaraderie and the expectations.
- You are also a sales competitor who likes to win and is not afraid of hard work. You’re not just competitive – you hate losing more than you like winning and thrive on proving yourself
- If you can’t walk into a firehouse, command attention, and earn trust in 10 minutes, this isn’t the role for you.
- You are tech-friendly, comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus), and willing to travel to make the sale.
- You live in or near one of these major airports: Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix AZ; or Seattle, WA.
