Required Qualifications
  • 2 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, or related infrastructure support roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing and supporting AWS cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and management tools, including:
    • AWS Config
    • AWS CloudTrail
    • Amazon CloudWatch
    • AWS Systems Manager (SSM)
    • AWS CloudFormation
  • Experience with cloud monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and scripting for operational tasks.
  • Experience documenting technical designs, engineering solutions, and operational procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting production environments and participating in on-call rotations
