Full-time compensation for Crew Members ranges from $31,500 to $37,800 per year and includes a full year of benefits. You'll have the opportunity to reach an average of 2,100 hours each year without losing benefits outside of the traditional 46-week season.

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will :
- Begin your day at the Dover shop, planning, gathering tools, and traveling to job sites in our modern truck fleet.
- Enjoy dependable daily shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for Saturday work.
- Enhance your skills in planting, mulching, gardening, weeding, and mowing while seizing opportunities to expand your expertise.
