Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Secretary & Bookkeeper at Hive Impact Fund. Responsibilities include filing certified meeting minutes, scheduling our monthly meeting, organizing our monthly meeting agenda based on internal discourse and prior meeting minutes and bookkeeping. This role is volunteer based and will required 2-4 hours per month.
Qualifications
- Strong Clerical Skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing documentation
- Proficiency in Communication, including professional correspondence and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in Company Secretarial Work, such as managing meeting minutes and corporate compliance
- Executive Administrative Assistance and organizational skills to support leadership roles
- Customer Service abilities, ensuring positive interactions and assistance for stakeholders
- Familiarity with bookkeeping is highly valued
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
