We are seeking a Contract Program Manager as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract and program management activities for this effort, managing cost, schedule, and performance against task order requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams providing program/project management, financial/budget analysis, acquisition/documentation support, correspondence/communications, and technical writing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor, the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), program leadership, and other Government
Stakeholders.
- Review status of work and budgets; manage schedules; prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and briefings.
- Identify and resolve performance issues, risks, and dependencies to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder-satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for timely intervention and problem-solving with Contractor task leads and Government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading contract or program management efforts of similar size and complexity in a Federal environment.
- Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams that include program management, financial/budget, and acquisition/documentation support functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including regular interaction with senior Government officials.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- A project/program management certification (e.g., PMP, FAC-P/PM, DAWIA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
