Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate property records using DPAS and GCSS-Army systems.
- Conduct inventories and reconcile discrepancies in hand receipts and sub-hand receipts.
- Prepare and update documentation for acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
- Champion compliance and excellence, by supporting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with AR 710-2 and AR 735-5.
- Train personnel on property accountability procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to maintain asset visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in property book or supply management.
- Experience with DPAS, GCSS-Army, or similar logistics systems.
- Thorough understanding of Army property accountability regulations.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
