What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experiential Partnerships Intern position at HIVE Consulting?
HIVE is looking for a highly creative, culturally aware intern to help support a new hospitality and experiential initiative launching across the DMV.
This is not a traditional social media internship.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organized, visually aware, and excited by the intersection of hospitality, creative business, community, and experiential marketing. The ideal candidate is someone who notices interesting brands before everyone else does, understands what makes people engage with spaces, and enjoys building relationships and discovering new concepts.
Responsibilities may include:
- identifying emerging brands and experiential concepts
- researching businesses and spaces throughout the DMV
- supporting collaborative marketing initiatives
- assisting with outreach and relationship development
- helping document activations and experiences
- social media and content support
- tracking partnerships and opportunities
This role is ideal for someone interested in hospitality, experiential marketing, entrepreneurship, creative strategy, community-building, or the future of physical retail and brand experiences.
Part-time (approximately 10 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. DMV-based preferred.
