Title: IT Strategic Sourcing Manager – Technology Procurement & Contracts

The primary focus is enterprise technology sourcing and contract negotiations, particularly software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, IT hardware, telecommunications, and technology services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or contract negotiations.
- Strong experience negotiating enterprise IT contracts is essential.
- Hands-on experience negotiating software licensing, SaaS agreements, cloud services, hardware, or other technology contracts.
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-dollar agreements and delivering measurable cost savings.
- Experience managing RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and competitive sourcing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, contract terms, and IT procurement strategies.
- Experience working with senior IT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
