What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire an awesome team of landscaping crews.
- Ensure exceptional service and happy clients with every project.
- Oversee daily operations: scheduling, tools, materials, with a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
- Train your team on industry best practices and promote a strong safety culture.
- Be the go-to problem-solver and motivator.
- Build strong relationships with builders and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role in landscaping (we value a leader who knows how to unite and motivate a team!).
- Strong knowledge of the new home landscape installation process, including scheduling, layout, and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity and experience working with builders and contractors, with an understanding of their expectations and timelines.
- Solid understanding of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques.
- A confident communicator who leads by example.
- A quick-thinking problem-solver with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
