Prime Responsibilities and Major Factors in Evaluating Performance:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for exempt professional, technical, and management roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, develop interview plans, and provide market insights.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, cold calling) to find specialized talent.
- Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions.
- Negotiate complex compensation packages and close offers with senior-level candidates.
- Maintain a focus on building a diverse talent pipeline.
- Observe the Hitchiner Code of Conduct, safety and quality guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
- 5 years of corporate recruiting experience focused on salaried/exempt positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing and strategic sourcing.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering environment. Aerospace background is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with a drive to be successful.
