Slurry tanks, tank containing binders agents, sand beds, sprue-spinning equipment, drying, knives, cutters, baskets, conveyor lines, weighing scales, mixers, boilerclaves, press and hoists lifts.
Materials:
Sprue assemblies, binders, slurries, stuccos, partially completed and fully completed shell molds, ceramic fiber blankets, shell patch.

Working Procedure:
The following are the usual major job duties, but this job description does not preclude the performance of other duties as assigned by the supervisor:
- Assist shell A operator in precoating assemblies per instructions
- Must perform duties exactly as prescribed with careful attention to detail to ensure high quality shells
- Dip sprues in slurry/stucco per instructions
- Perform vacuum dipping operation as required
- Maintain proper working levels in fluid beds
- Place shell molds in proper drying baskets support and pack on rings, and move full baskets to designated storage and drying areas in preparation for autoclave
- Must follow all safety requirements of job as outlined on the job safety card
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Complete all paperwork associated with the job. Correctly maintain all forms and instruction sheets
- Maintain a clean and orderly working environment
- Inform your supervisor about problems that occur
- May be required to handle hazardous waste by collecting and transferring the waste into proper containers at satellite storage areas or storage areas and assuring that the containers are properly inspected, labeled, and closed as required. Must follow correct instruction for handling hazardous waste and report any deviations to supervisor immediately. Must attend yearly instruction in hazardous waste handling and review of current procedures if job duties could affect non-compliance.
- Perform all Mold Prep Operations for a period not less than 1 Year.
- Must be able to obtain a lift truck and fork lift license if needed.
- Vision requirement of 20/30 near correctable.
- Must be able to work with others as part of a team.
- Must be able to adapt to changing production needs.
- Requires sufficient strength and physical dexterity to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to multitask and operate shell line.
- High School Diploma or GED
