⏰ Schedule: 8-4 CST, Monday to Friday (occassional Saturday's/Sunday's)

📍 Location: Austin, TX when filming - Work From Home when Editing

💰 Pay: $55k base bonuses

At Hitched Marketing, we help wedding venues across the country scale their businesses through high-performing advertising, cutting-edge sales systems, and expert training. Now, we’re looking for a full-time Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves to tell stories through video, thrives on creativity, and has the technical skills to bring ideas to life—from filming to final edits. You’ll capture everything from behind-the-scenes moments to client testimonials to educational content for our marketing campaigns and events.

You won’t just be filming—you’ll be shaping the voice and visual style of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, live events, YouTube videos, training materials, and social media.
• Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to plan, script, and execute video projects that align with our brand and growth goals.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Manage the entire video production process—from concept to final delivery—including lighting, audio, and post-production.
• Organize and maintain a library of video assets for ongoing campaigns and future use.
• Stay ahead of video marketing trends to keep our content fresh and innovative.
• Create an enjoyable on-camera experience for clients and team members, even if they’re new to being filmed.
• Travel occasionally for filming at client venues or company events as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio or samples required).
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment—must own or have access to professional gear.
• Creative storytelling ability with a strong eye for composition and branding.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
