We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing media team and work directly alongside our Head of Paid Media. This is not a junior optimization role. We're looking for someone who can think like an operator, communicate like a strategist, and execute like an expert.


The Opportunity

This role is for someone obsessed with growth.


You understand how to scale eCommerce brands profitably. You know how to identify winning creative, diagnose performance issues, forecast outcomes, build reporting systems, and explain complex performance data in a way clients actually understand.


You are equally comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Northbeam, Andromeda, and a client strategy meeting.


You'll help lead performance marketing across multiple brands while becoming a key part of Hitch's long-term growth.

Responsibilities: Paid Media Management


  • Own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across:
  • Meta
  • TikTok
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube
  • CTV
  • Additional emerging channels
  • Build and scale profitable acquisition campaigns for eCommerce and DTC brands
  • Manage budgets ranging from startup spend levels to six and seven-figure monthly budgets
  • Develop testing frameworks for creative, audiences, landing pages, offers, and funnels
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and performance improvements




Analytics & Forecasting

  • Build forecasting models and growth plans for clients
  • Calculate contribution margin, blended CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, break-even CPA, and profitability thresholds
  • Analyze customer acquisition economics and identify bottlenecks
  • Create reporting systems that connect media performance to actual business outcomes
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and client-facing reports




Attribution & Tracking

  • Lead tracking implementation and troubleshooting
  • Configure and maintain:
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion API
  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Shopify integrations
  • TikTok Pixel
  • Additional attribution platforms
  • Diagnose data discrepancies and attribution challenges
  • Ensure clients have accurate measurement frameworks in place




Client Strategy & Communication

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Present campaign performance and growth opportunities
  • Lead reporting calls and performance reviews
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Build trust through strong communication and business understanding




Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and social teams
  • Help identify creative concepts that have the highest probability of success
  • Work alongside our Head of Paid Media to improve systems, reporting, and performance standards across the agency
  • Mentor junior team members as the department grows




Qualifications Required

  • 5 years managing paid media for eCommerce or DTC brands
  • Proven experience scaling brands through Meta and TikTok advertising
  • Strong Google Ads experience including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong understanding of contribution margin, profitability, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
  • Ability to independently own accounts and drive performance




Preferred

  • Experience with CTV platforms
  • Experience with Andromeda
  • Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, Rockerbox, or similar attribution tools
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Shopify experience
  • Experience with subscription brands
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop performance-focused advertising
