How you'll make an impact Provide first-line support to customers using Network Manager. Manage and resolve incoming support requests from utility and power companies. Support planned and unplanned outage management processes. Assist customers with SCADA, EMS, and GMS systems in live production environments. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your background Experience in technical support or a similar engineering role. Knowledge of SCADA, EMS, or GMS systems. Ability to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
