The opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of technical leadership, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide projects from concept through execution—balancing performance, cost, and timelines—while working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams. • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in power transformer design engineering.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering design projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning and applying innovative engineering approaches.
