Your background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
- Familiarity with quality systems and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
