Vous collaborerez avec les superviseurs, les gestionnaires et les professionnels de la santé, de la sécurité et de l’environnement pour veiller à ce que les activités quotidiennes correspondent aux besoins de l’entreprise et aux exigences réglementaires. Vos contributions appuieront directement la fiabilité et la sécurité des opérations, tout en favorisant une culture de sécurité proactive axée sur l’amélioration continue et l’engagement des employés. Quart de travail: quart de jour Comment vous aurez un impact Maintenir une présence constante sur le plancher de production pour favoriser des pratiques de travail sécuritaires Soutenir les superviseurs et les gestionnaires dans la réalisation des attentes en matière de performance SSE Contribuer à assurer la conformité aux exigences de l’entreprise, des clients et de la réglementation. Participer au maintien et à l’amélioration des systèmes de gestion SSE Effectuer des inspections, des vérifications et des observations en matière de SSE dans l’ensemble des opérations Contribuer aux enquêtes sur les incidents et appuyer la détermination des causes fondamentales. Faire le suivi des mesures correctives pour assurer l’exécution et l’efficacité en temps opportun. Promouvoir la sensibilisation à la santé, à la sécurité et à la sécurité au moyen d’activités de soutien à la formation et de mobilisation des employés. Working closely with operations and spending the majority of your time on the shop floor, you will help identify and reduce risks, support improvement initiatives, and contribute to achieving site HSE priorities. You will collaborate with supervisors, managers, and HSE professionals to ensure that daily activities align with business needs and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will directly support the reliability and safety of operations, while fostering a proactive safety culture focused on continuous improvement and employee engagement. Shift: Day shift How You’ll Make an Impact Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to support safe work practices Support supervisors and managers in achieving HSE performance expectations Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory requirements Participate in maintaining and improving HSE management systems Conduct HSE inspections, checks, and observations across operations Contribute to incident investigations and support root cause identification Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion and effectiveness Promote HSE awareness through training support and employee engagement activities Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
