You hold a PhD in polymer material, elastomer, rubber or a related field. 2. Excellent innovation capability and competence of application-oriented research. 3. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Be able to travel abroad, including short-term job rotation as required. 6. Spoken and written English as working language.
