How you'll make an impact 1. You will support the construction and digitalization of the OLTC production line, including coordination between IT systems and shopfloor OT equipment. 2. You will assist in optimizing CNC programming and production-related system parameters to improve efficiency, stability, and standardization. 3. You will support integration and testing activities among production equipment, PLC/robot interfaces, ECS/MES, AGV, and automated warehouse-related systems, help collect, analyze, maintain production, equipment data, and support troubleshooting of basic system or interface issues. 4. You will assist in preparing technical documents, operating instructions, process records, and change tracking for IT/OT improvement projects, cooperate with engineering, production, quality, and IT teams to support continuous improvement and on-site project implementation. 5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 6.
