Du stellst die optimale Leistung und Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen sicher und leistest damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden. Das kannst du bewirken Durchführung von Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und Reparaturen an HITACHI ENERGY Produkten und Systemen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Hochspannung, Energieübertragung und -verteilung. Fehleranalyse und -behebung an komplexen elektrotechnischen Anlagen und Systemen. Erstellung von Serviceberichten und Dokumentationen nach jedem Einsatz. Beratung der Kunden bezüglich technischer Fragestellungen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten. Schulung von Kundenpersonal im Umgang mit den Anlagen. Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards. Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten innerhalb der Schweiz und gelegentlich ins Ausland. Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst (Pikett) ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten. Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Aktualisierung des Fachwissens über neue Produkte und Technologien. Dein Hintergrund Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Elektriker/in, Elektroniker/in, Automatiker/in) oder Studium (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik). Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service oder Wartung von elektrischen Anlagen, idealerweise in der Energiebranche. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hochspannungstechnik, Schaltanlagen und Steuerungssystemen sind von Vorteil. Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfgeräten. Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil), sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus. Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen. Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung. Gültiger Führerausweis Kategorie B.
