Como você causará impacto Prestar suporte técnico a usuários em sistemas e ferramentas internas. Realizar tratativas e filtragem de chamados, assegurando agilidade e qualidade nas respostas. Apoiar o time de BPO em demandas operacionais e técnicas. Elaborar e manter documentações técnicas e especificações funcionais. Contribuir com melhorias contínuas nas ferramentas utilizadas pela equipe. Participar de iniciativas de análise de dados e engenharia de sistemas voltadas à área de tecnologia. Requisitos Cursando graduação em Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Sistemas, Análise de Dados ou áreas correlatas. Inglês intermediário (obrigatório). Espanhol (diferencial).
