How you’ll make an impact Strategic Sales: Lead the sale of specialized services and maintenance solutions for Control, Protection, and Telecommunication systems. Account Management: Manage and grow high-priority accounts at a regional and national level, serving as the primary strategic contact. Consultative Advisory: Conduct technical assessments of the installed base to recommend upgrades and solutions that align with the client’s grid reliability needs. Proposal Leadership: Coordinate the end-to-end preparation of complex bids and technical proposals, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Independent Execution: Manage sales processes independently, solving difficult problems and navigating complex negotiations with limited supervision. Mentorship: Provide guidance and review the work of junior professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field (Mandatory). Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Substation Automation, Protection & Control, and SCADA systems. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
