You will work closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, project management, legal, quality, and customer stakeholders to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals while ensuring compliance with business processes and customer requirements. How you’ll make an impact Own and manage medium- to high-complexity tenders from opportunity assessment through final submission. Coordinate with operating units, engineering teams, project managers, supply chain, legal, quality, HSE, consultants, and customers to ensure timely and high-quality proposal delivery. Support bid qualification activities, including prequalification reviews for Bid/No-Bid assessments. Develop tender strategies, target pricing approaches, and optimized technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. Review single-line diagrams, layouts, and substation configurations including AIS, GIS, and hybrid solutions. Assess technical specifications and validate primary and Secondary equipment selections such as transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches, instrument transformers, CRP and SCADA. Work closely with supply chain teams to evaluate vendor quotations and define sourcing strategies. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical, commercial, contractual, and execution risks through structured risk review processes. Review commercial conditions, cash-flow requirements, and contractual inputs to support sound business decisions. Prepare and submit complete tender documentation in accordance with customer and company requirements. Ensure effective handover of awarded projects to execution teams. Your background Bachelor's degree in engineering. 8–12 years of experience in substation tendering, proposal management, or project engineering. Strong understanding of substation products, systems, and solutions. Experience supporting and managing end-to-end bid and tender processes. Good knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of substation projects Key Skills & Competencies Comprehensive knowledge of substation tenders and commercial evaluations.
