Prestar suporte no recebimento de solicitações de manutenções corretivas, dar baixas nas ordens de serviço e diponibilizar tempos de manutençôes. Como você causará impacto Otimizar os recursos da manutenção (plano de manutenção), através da elaboração do cronogramas detalhados de manutenções, recorrendo aos lideres mecânicos e elétricos com experiência para esclarecimento de eventuais dúvidas. Executar diariamente o recolhimento das manutençoes preventivas, preditivas, sensitivas e corretivas, fazer o lançamento no SAP para geração de estatistica e gráficos de MTBF e MTTR. Estabelecer tempo de execução de cada tarefa para atender a datas / cronograma / trabalhar junto com os lideres para definição dos tempos. Monitorar a aderência no cronograma, a execução da programação, identificando as principais causas fundamentais do desvio e propor, discutir as alternativas de ações de correção e melhoria. Reportar informações sobre problemas de capacidade e disponibilidade de equipamentos pela área produtiva. Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis. Requisitos Ensino Superior completo. Desejável em Administração ou áreas Afins. Desejável Conhecimento em Desenhos Técnicos. Conhecimento de SAP ERP. Desejável Conhecimento em conceitos de produção enxuta - Lean Manufacturing. Desejável Curso Técnico (Produção (áreas afins) ou Administração).
