- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers during weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor production output, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and personnel conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, logistics) to optimize production flow and resolve interdepartmental challenges.
- Prepare and submit accurate production reports, including shift summaries, incident reports, and performance metrics.

- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods on the production line during weekend shifts.

- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday) and occasional overtime as needed.
