How You’ll Make An Impact
- Facilitate Structured On‑the‑Job Training (S‑OJT) to accelerate skill development
- Lead and support training-based projects aligned with factory goals
- Create and maintain Job Instruction Breakdowns and training materials
- Track training effectiveness using data and performance metrics
- Promote engagement and accountability for learning outcomes
- Partner with supervisors and leaders to identify and close skill gaps
- Apply adult learning principles to hands-on training sessions
- Support continuous improvement of training processes and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering structured training in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience facilitating S‑OJT or other skills-based training programs
- Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to adapt training approaches to evolving operational needs
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and Lean principles is a plus
