How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead dynamic in-person training sessions across leadership, interpersonal skills, lean concepts, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Training teams to shape impactful learning materials.
- Coach and qualify On‑the‑Job Trainers to strengthen workplace training capabilities.
- Maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Become proficient in Hitachi Energy’s Lean Management System (ITM) to teach and coach lean tools.
- Continuously refine facilitation techniques based on new research and best practices.
- Champion a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability.
- Support new initiatives that enhance employee development across the site.
- Experience leading others and driving meaningful organizational change.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Degree or certification in education, business, HR, IT, psychology, or related field — or equivalent experience in training, teaching, or coaching.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of diverse learning and facilitation approaches; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- DDI Facilitator certification preferred (or willingness to complete upon hire); lean experience or willingness to learn.
